The blood greets me as I walk in.
My feet are heavy and cold, tight in well worn shoes.
My scrubs sof from repeated washes and multiple wears.
The blood roses start at the door.
Hair washed, skin clear ready for the night.
I feel the tension grow in my chest, adrenalin starts to make me dizzy.
The full moon acts like a moving tombstone, calling it's victims to rest.
Tonight seams better but you will never know when the life spark will
